Frequently Asked Questions

How do I restore my subscription?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Your premium access will be restored if you have an active subscription linked to your Apple ID.

Can I reset my progress?

Yes. Go to Settings and tap "Reset All Data". This will clear all learning progress, review history, and statistics. This action cannot be undone.

Is my data backed up?

Learning progress is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, your data will be lost. We recommend keeping the app installed to preserve your progress.

What kanji levels are covered?

The app covers over 2,200 kanji characters from elementary school Grade 1 through junior high school (Grades 7-9), plus additional kana groups.

What JLPT levels are supported?

Grammar lessons cover JLPT N5, N4, and N3. Vocabulary and kanji content spans from beginner to intermediate levels.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. All content, including kanji data, vocabulary, grammar lessons, and handwriting recognition, works fully offline. An internet connection is only needed for initial download and subscription management.
